Below are the offices that can assist you with specific requests and needs, along with the services that you may require.

Academic Services

• Apostilling:  International students need their transcripts and diplomas apostilled upon graduation.
  • Apostilling is getting the transcripts, diploma, and course descriptions verified as official.
    Several countries are a part of the . You will need to contact Academic Services to request further information about the Apostilling procedures.
• Transcripts Request: Transcripts are required when transferring or proving that you are a current student.

• Diploma Reprint: Upon degree confirmation, you will receive a diploma at the address you provide to Academic Services.
  • You will need to fill out and submit the Diploma Reprint request form.
• Proof of attendance: Proof of attendance is required for health insurance, bank insurance, obtaining a driver's license or state ID, insurance discounts, etc.
  • You can obtain the full-time or enrollment verification from the portal.
    You can also obtain a full-time or enrollment verification from the Academic Services office.
• Graduation visit letter: This letter may be required for family members to obtain a visitor visa to attend the graduation ceremony or visit the student.
  • You will need to contact Academic Services to request the letter or letters.
  • You will need to provide the name of the person and their relationship to you.
• Anticipated Graduation Date letter: This letter is similar to the full-time or enrollment verification but with the anticipated graduation date added at the bottom. You can request the letter in person or via email.

Student Financial Services (SFS)

• Financial Aid / Award posting: if there are any concerns or questions about the awards that are posted to your account.
  • Contact an SFS representative with any concerns or questions about the amounts or missing awards.
  • If you need financial aid or proof of attendance forms for your home country, take those forms to the SFS office and have them filled out.
• Payment plans:  If you are unable to pay the total tuition costs, you may be able to set up a payment plan.  
  • You will need to contact your SFS representative and show proof that you can make the scheduled payments.
• Government Loans from your home country.
  • Have the paperwork submitted to SFS@lindenwood.edu 
  • Forms must be in English or have an English component.
