Form Guidance

A grant proposal submitted by the faculty, staff, or students of 51¸ŁŔűÉç represents a commitment on behalf of the institution to compliance with funding policies and procedures. Completing this form allows 51¸ŁŔűÉç to anticipate compliance and accounting needs, costs, and related issues.

The following is the grant application procedure to determine when you should submit this form:

1) Recognize a funding need
2) Discover a grant opportunity.
3) Complete and submit the Pre-Award Form. After which you will receive a letter of approval to proceed.
4) Submit the grant application.

If the funding recipient is a student, please include the name of the student awardee and the faculty mentor in the "Principal Investigator" question.
