Thank you for considering us for a donation. While our collection does expand every semester, funding for new games is limited. We welcome donations to help us better meet the needs of students, staff, and faculty at Lindenwood. Gifts received by the Library's Media and Gaming Lab are accepted with the understanding that the donations are unconditional, are in usable condition, and are suitable for the library’s purposes.

The Library's Media and Gaming Lab reserves the right to use donated materials as it deems fit, taking into consideration the library’s selection policy, collection/patron needs, and building limitations.  These uses may include, but are not limited to:

Do you take donations?

Yes, we accept donations of games, equipment, and strategy guides. For strategy guides, we are specifically seeking older guides, such as Nintendo Power, Game Pro, PC Gaming, Tips & Tricks, and such titles.

What materials do you already have, and what do you need most?

A complete list of our games can be located in the Lindenwood Library catalog by searching for platform (PS5, PS4, Xbox One, or Nintendo Switch).

Presently, the Media and Gaming Lab offers 1 Playstation 5 console, 2 Playstation 4 consoles, 2 Xbox One consoles and 1 Nintendo Switch, as well as one Gaming PC with Oculus Rift Virtual Reality headset, 1 PSVR headset and a vintage gaming collection.

NOTE: We only accept game titles in very good or new condition. Excessively abused or scratched movie discs will not be accepted for donation.

How do I donate stuff?

Any donations may be dropped off in person at the Media and Gaming Lab, or shipped to the below address:

Will I get a receipt?

We will send you an itemized thank you letter which can be used for tax purposes. Be sure to give us your address when you donate your materials.
