As part of Lindenwood’s “Diversify the Pride” strategic initiative, the RISE Project aims to enhance the culture of teaching and learning at Lindenwood such that all faculty are working to design courses and create classroom cultures characterized by rigor, inclusiveness, support, and engagement. These pillars provide a framework for effective teaching that can help faculty to elevate learning for a diverse student body.
