51¸£ÀûÉç is set to host its annual Winterfest holiday event Sunday, December 3, from 4:30-8 p.m.
Winterfest is a free holiday event that includes fun for the entire family and offers plenty of activities throughout campus. Take a stroll through the Heritage side of campus and feast your eyes on 3,000 luminaries on an evening of holiday wonder.
Guests will also have the opportunity to carol with Lindenwood’s acapella group, “Voices Only,” decorate holiday cookies, create holiday crafts, listen to holiday stories read by Mrs. Claus, take family photos in a sleigh, and tell Santa their Christmas wishes.
“Winterfest is my favorite holiday event that Lindenwood hosts annually,” Alumni Relations Director Dr. Jen Edler said. “It really puts you in the holiday spirit. It’s truly about giving back to the community through the donations to the Salvation Army.”
Event goers are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to the Salvation Army and will receive a free Winterfest T-shirt while supplies last.
